Quiet the mind and tune into your inner voice
This workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and deepen your sense of self-trust. If you've been second-guessing yourself, feeling disconnected from your intuition, or craving more clarity and confidence, this is a safe space to explore.
We'll begin with a discussion on how to build confidence from within and learn to trust ourselves more deeply. You’ll be guided through simple, supportive exercises to strengthen your intuition.
From there, you’ll be invited to settle into a meditative sound healing session using the pure tones of crystal singing bowls. These soothing vibrations help you quiet the mind, drop into stillness, and create space to hear the guidance that already lives within you.
This workshop is for you if:
