Diabetes Awareness Series Event - Millersburg

Here's your chance to check if diabetes is lurking around the corner. Join us in Millersburg for a lineup of events focused on diabetes awareness. Besides a screening event, there's a "Diabetes Basics" session for anyone curious about their risk or dealing with a diagnosis.

RSVP is strongly encouraged for the diabetes screening on October 14th, as we have limited supplies available.
