Bingocize - Nutrition Group Classes

Join us every Tuesday and Thursday at the Bourbon County Senior Center for our engaging Bingocize-Nutrition sessions! This innovative program combines the fun of bingo with exercises designed to help prevent falls and manage diabetes and pre-diabetes. Sessions are held from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, with the exception of August 12th. Spots are limited (20 participants).

Who Should Attend?
Individuals who are managing pre-diabetes
Individuals who are managing diabetes
People 65 and older.

What to Expect

Bingo Games: Enjoy classic bingo games with a twist, integrating simple fall prevention movements to help maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Exercised Routines: Participate in specially designed exercises that promote physical activity, which is crucial for managing diabetes.

Community Support: Connect with others who share similar health goals and challenges, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment.

Access to Registered Dietitian: Classes will be taught by our registered dietitian, who can provide additional resources and support on your health journey.
