Diabetes Awareness Event Series - North Middletown

Don’t miss this opportunity to find out if diabetes may be on the horizon. Join us in North Middletown for a series of events dedicated to raising diabetes awareness. In addition to a screening event, we will host a “Diabetes Basics” session designed for those curious about their risk or those navigating a diagnosis.

Please note:
RSVP is highly encouraged for the diabetes screening on October 7th due to limited supplies.

Extra Information (Basic Class Only):
Participants must be 18 or older.
No RSVP is necessary.
Unlimited participants are welcome.
