Diabetes Awareness Series (Spanish Delivery)

Don’t miss this opportunity to find out if diabetes may be on the horizon. Join us at the Church of Annunciation in Paris for a series of events dedicated to raising diabetes awareness. In addition to a screening event, we will host a “Nutrition Basics” and a “Diabetes Basics” session designed for those curious about their risk or those navigating a diagnosis.

Please note:
RSVP is highly encouraged for the diabetes screening on September 6th due to limited supplies.

Extra Information (Learning Sessions Only):
Participants must be 18 or older.
RSVP is necessary.
Insurance is not required!
Classes will be taught in Spanish
