Sacred Breath & Soul Flow with Carrie

Step into a sacred container of remembrance and reconnection. Sacred Breath & Soul Flow is more than a yoga class—it is a living ceremony for your body, mind, and spirit.

We begin with conscious pranayama (breathwork) to awaken the life force within. Sacred chants and mantras to attune to higher frequencies as well as Mudras (hand gestures) may be used as energetic keys to unlock inner wisdom and intention.

Through a grounded and intuitive Hatha Yoga flow, you’ll move with presence and purpose—anchoring the breath into every posture.

The journey is sealed with ceremonial practices, such as heart-centered meditation, intention setting, mantra, chanting or light energy clearing, depending on the theme of the day.

This offering is suitable for all levels and invites you to deepen your personal connection to your practice, your voice, and your divine inner knowing.
