Join me for a 90-minute immersive workshop that weaves together somatics, yoga, free dance, breathwork, and intentional movement to help you release stuck energy, reconnect with joy, and return home to yourself. No experience necessary—just bring your open heart and curious spirit.

Through breath, sound, and intuitive movement, we’ll move through what’s heavy, regulate the nervous system, and awaken the body’s innate wisdom.
