Carole brings over two decades of experience in property, beginning her journey in the West Midlands with RE/Max, the world’s largest real estate company. Her background includes successfully trading shopping centres, hotels, and land with major corporate clients and hedge funds.

Today, Carole leads acquisitions and business development at Clearwater Property Partners, working closely with private investors and joint venture partners to bridge the growing gap in the housing sector.

What truly sets Carole apart is her commitment to impact investing, which makes up 70% of her business. She works with charities, supported living providers, and tenant buyer programmes to help address housing injustice, a cause that fuels her passion and purpose.

Carole is a powerful voice for change and is dedicated to uniting likeminded impact investors who want to make a difference through property.
