Join us for a morning of wellness in support of the Gloucester Emergency Food Cupboard. Enjoy guided sessions from four incredible wellness professionals.

From movement and mindfulness to nutrition and ergonomics. Discover new ways to care for your body and mind. Tickets are only $60 and all proceeds go to support the GEFC!

9:00-9:05 - Opening remarks and introduction to the first vendor

9:05-9:40 - Personal Training, Movement is Medicine session (35 min)

9:40-9:50 - transition period (and buffer for Q&A)

9:50-10:25 - Holistic Nutrition (35 mins)

10:25-10:35 - transition period (buffer for Q&A)

10:35-11:20- Gentle Yoga Flow (45 mins)

11:20-11:25 - transition period (buffer for Q&A)

11:25-11:55 - Ergonomic Workshop (30 min)

11:55-12:00 - Q&A, closing remarks
