About the event

Summer Yoga in the Park
Join us for a relaxing, all-levels outdoor yoga class led by certified instructor Tiffany. Breathe, stretch, and move under the open sky in a peaceful, natural setting.

What to bring:
– Yoga mat
– Water bottle
– Comfortable clothing

Who can attend:
This class is designed for adults and older youth (age 10+). Younger participants are welcome as long as they’re able to follow along quietly and respectfully for the full session.

Cost:
