'Experience a Sivananda routine with Saif. This offering is based on Vedanta Philosophy. It combines elements of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa to include dynamic movements and static postures. Frequent relaxation between asana/poses - allows your body to realize the benefits of the postures and prepare you for the next set. You will experience an unhurried and mindful mood during and after the practice. The class begins with pranayama, followed by asana, ending with guided meditation and uses active relaxation. Using minimal props, you'll be encouraged to develop strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation in a natural way.
