'Join Riley Hope in sacred space for this nourishing cacao and yoga series inspired by the Brahmaviharas, the heart-based teachings of yoga: loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity.
Each session begins with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao to awaken the heart, followed by a blend of gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, and space for reflection and connection. Together, we’ll explore the subtle energies of the heart and strengthen our capacity to lead with love.
