Open Community Meditation + Veg Potluck - Aug 3

Please join Chris Simmonds & community members for chanting and meditation on Sunday, August 3 from [NEW TIME] 10:30am - 12:00pm — Veg potluck follows.

Meditating together is great inspiration for our personal spiritual journey, we feed each other! People from all traditions are welcome. Please feel free to bring a friend.

We will meet at 10:30am and following the meditation there is a vegetarian potluck meal at noon for those that can stay.

Location : 1469 Portal Street, Ottawa, all welcome, bring a friend.
