Intermediate Acrobatics with Andrii Balykhin

Are you comfortable with basic acro skills and ready for a new challenge?

Whether you're a dancer, tumbler, or just passionate about movement — this workshop is designed to take your skills to the next level. Led by advanced-level coach Andrii, this intermediate workshop will expand your acro vocabulary, refine your technique, and unlock new possibilities in your body’s movement.


In this workshop explore three key areas:
- Soft acro for dancers
- Tumbling foundations and combos
- Handstand technique & control


The focus will be on intermediate-level tumbling tricks, including: — Aerial variations (side & front) — Round-offs and snap-downs — Front and back handsprings — Flips, layouts and an intro to twisting.

Proper technique is the foundation of safe and fast progress and helps overcome mental blocks, build confidence, and develop true body awareness.
