We're hitting the road this summer! The HYROXCA Run Club Summer Series is popping up in different cities across the country to build community, spark momentum, and get sweaty together as we lead up to our biggest Canadian event yet — F45 HYROX Toronto this October.

Ottawa River Pathway - 5KM loop : Meeting point: Just outside the Fairmont Château Laurier, by the Rideau Canal locks — look for the HYROX crew near the riverfront path.
