Explore relevant OHSA prosecutions and coroner’s inquest recommendations including:
-> the final decision in the R. vs Sudbury case where the City of Sudbury was charged both as the Constructor and an Employer despite having hired a constructor to undertake the project, and
-> a fatal construction accident that occurred at a Federal Government building.
