Jean "John" Justa, CRSP has over 37 years of experience related to the construction industry. During his 20-year tenure at the Ministry of Labour (MLITSD) John held various positions including Construction Health and Safety Inspector, Regional Program Coordinator and Acting Provincial Coordinator for the construction program. In these various roles, John has audited the on-site compliance of Director's Designations, reviewed 100's of filed applications, met with stakeholders regarding complex project arrangements and in certain circumstances recommended the revocation or refusal of a Designation. He has also been a peer trainer for new and incumbent inspectors, keynote speaker, and was a witness in both prosecutions and coroner’s inquests. This significant scope of professional experience has equipped him with unique expertise in Occupational Health and Safety matters.
