Gentle Yoga In Otley

Want to do something to support your physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing? There are a few places available in this gentle, supportive and friendly yoga class at the beautiful yoga studio at Sancta in Otley. The class is a fusion of hatha and dru yoga and each class includes flowing sequences, postures, pranayama (breathing), often a short meditation and relaxation.
The practice of yoga can have a very positive impact on all areas of your life. Yoga isn't an exercise class but a whole toolbox of practices which can help anyone to live their life well. You don't have to be fit, or young, or flexible (it's not about that) and I teach yoga to suit your body where it is at. I'm a Yoga Alliance senior teacher who's been teaching yoga for 13 years and studying for many more.
Classes cost £12 to drop in or £63 for the 6 week block (12.5% discount). I also offer 2 free bursary places per class.
