Heart Based Practice 2
In this 2nd class of 2 on the heart chakra we continue to focus on connecting deeply with our hearts to cultivate love, compassion, inner peace and wisdom. This class will include some movement practice. The second half of the class is dedicated to a heart based yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, to offer a deep sense of healing and rest for the body and mind, so that you can rest your awareness more in the heartspace and really feel like you are coming home.

The class is suitable for those with years of practice or none at all and modifications and props will be available to ensure you can move comfortably. We practice in the beautiful dedicated yoga space at Sancta Café and Bookshop, mats and bolsters are available but please bring any blankets or pillows to be super comfy for yoga Nidra.
