Read, Rest, & Renewal Retreat Weekend: Under 45

Immerse yourself in the tranquility of a late fall weekend retreat on 61 acres over looking the Hudson River. Come to the Center at Mariandale for a 2-night retreat, beginning with dinner at 6pm on Friday and rounding up by 1:30pm on Sunday.

The weekend will include unstructured time for reading, rest, rejuvenation, art, music, and long walks in nature. We will complement the quiet stillness with optional embodiment practices and optional conversation during meals. Retreatants are encouraged to bring friends and to turn off their phones for the weekend. Please bring your favorite book that you are longing to read, but just have not found the time to. Our outdoor pool will be open!

Please bring a journal (if you're the journaling type), comfy clothes (loungewear and slippers are encouraged), your favorite music to chill out to and/or favorite book, any creative projects you'd like to work on (knitting? drawing? there will be blocks of unstructured individual time during the weekend), an appetite for snacks, and anything else that facilitates rest/rejuvenation/ reflection for you (your favorite mug? bring it! Got binoculars? Mariandale has more than 30 species of birds on our 61 acres).

The weekend price includes a private guest room for 2 nights and all meals, snacks, and beverages from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch.
