Healing the Flow: A Retreat to Honor Our Roots and Restore Balance

Join us for a weekend retreat to find balance in our daily lives. During this retreat we will focus on honoring the lessons of balance while addressing intergenerational trauma and grief.

Together, we will reflect on the flow of life, much like the Muh-he-kun-ne-tuk: "The River that Flows Both Ways." Also know as the Hudson.

By embracing the interconnectedness of our unique stories, backgrounds, and traditions, participants will be equipped with tools to walk forward with a new sense of balance.

Mariandale's landscape looking over the mighty Hudson River, a natural Tidal basin, will help to center us as we reflect on the flow of life.

Elements from White Bison's Mending Broken Hearts framework are thoughtfully woven into the experience.
