Participants can renew and refresh through a gentle, fun and strong yoga practice.
They will learn to eliminate stress, reset energy, release physical tension and restore comfort emotionally and physically through breathwork, somatic and Hatha movements that give way to a free and creative self. Beginners and seasoned yogis are welcome.

Flori Doyle is a director, dramaturg, actor, teacher and a member of the New York State Theatre Education Association. She has taught a variety of acting workshops, works as a monologue adjudicator, and has directed high school theater and local one act productions. She has taught yoga to new and experienced Yogis.
