Future Yogis: 6 wk series w/ Lisa

Join Lisa for this 6 week Future Yogis series being held IN STUDIO where your kids can create connection and lifelong friendships.

With a focus on yoga, mindfulness, and music, your child will build confidence, inner strength, and self acceptance, all while having fun and expressing themselves. This is a safe space where every child can feel free and empowered in their body.

Drop your child off to flow in the Unheated Room while you sweat in the Hot Room! NOTE: the cost of your class is NOT included in this series price.

DETAILS:

- WHEN: Sundays from 10:30-11:30am
- DATES: May 25th - July 6th (no class on June 15th for Father's Day)
- WHERE: classes are held in the unheated room
- INVESTMENT: $75+hst for 6 weeks (works out to $12.50 per class)
- $15+hst drop-in rate (if there is space)
- WHO: suitable for children ages 4-7 years
- WHAT THEY'LL NEED: yoga mat, water & a positive attitude :)
- pre-registration required as space is limited
