Summer Solstice Flow: A Sound Healing Experience

Join Janine, Founder of Soulful Connections and Mindfully Created, for an outdoor sound healing experience that celebrates the energy of the Summer Solstice. This event combines the calming effects of sound healing and guided meditation to help you unwind, recharge, and tap into the vibrant energy of summer.

Held in a peaceful outdoor setting, the session will start with a grounding meditation to help you relax and clear your mind. As you settle in, the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls will guide you into a state of deep relaxation, allowing you to let go of tension and stress.

The Summer Solstice marks the height of the season, bringing long days, abundant sunlight, and a sense of vitality. This session invites you to pause and embrace the season’s energy, helping you feel refreshed and recharged, while also welcoming in renewal and growth.

No prior experience is required—this session is open to all, whether you're new to sound healing or have explored it before.
