SURRENDER PRACTICE: Capricorn Full Moon w/ Annie

If you've been feeling stressed, chaotic and intense energies, it's time to surrender.

The Surrender Practice is here, and we are connecting to the energy of the Capricorn Full Moon. Tapping into the Capricorn energy of grounding and stability, this is a powerful time to embrace your emotional waves and allow it to flow through you so you can feel clear, rejuvenated, and ready to call in everything you desire.

Through the practices of Yin Yoga, inquiry and visualization, we will tap into big healing and clearing together. Everyone is welcome!
