8:00-9:00 AM (Youth going into 9th-12th Grade)

9:00-10:00 AM (Youth going into 5th-8th Grade)

@ CRC Wellness Center & Osage HS Track

Join Paige Kisley, Osage grad and current UNI track athlete, as she teaches proper form for hurdles and helps improve hurdling skills. A great program for those becoming involved with hurdling and those who are already in track! Meet at the CRC Wellness Center lobby and Paige will take the participants to the OHS track.

$6.00 CRC members (per session) // $9.00 non-members (per session)
