Fitness in the Parks: Pilates at Chestnut Ridge Park

We’ve got the perfect way to stay active this summer! Join us and YMCA Buffalo Niagara at Chestnut Ridge Park on Thursdays at 6 p.m. for Pilates during #FitnessintheParks. Strengthen the body’s core muscles, including the abdominals and lower back, with this method of body conditioning. You’ll tone your body and increase flexibility.

Class takes place near shelter #15 off Newton Road. Please note, participants should bring their own water bottles and mats. No other equipment is required.

Our 14th season of #FitnessintheParks features free outdoor fitness classes offered by us and our friends at YMCA Buffalo Niagara to encourage physical activity and healthy lifestyles! Taught by certified YMCA instructors, our fitness classes are great for all ages and skill levels. No sign-up or registration is required – just show up. We’re looking forward to seeing you!
