Infant Feeding Refresher Workshop

This is a one-off online workshop for parents who have already had children and want an update about infant feeding. If this is your first baby, we recommend you attend our 2-hour class ‘Feeding your baby – Antenatal PRISM Course’  

In this session we will cover the following:-

• Refresh of how to breastfeed 
• Feeding in the early days & common challenges 
• Colostrum harvesting and expressing 
• Breastfeeding during pregnancy 
• Tandem breastfeeding
