Refund Policy

Club Party Non-Refundable Policy 

1. General Terms:

All ticket sales and reservations for the event are final.

Once payment has been made, it is understood that all purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, transportation issues, illness, or personal emergencies.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits

Any deposit made to secure a booking, table, or VIP package is non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits serve as a commitment fee to reserve your space and cover administrative and preparation costs for the event.

3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If the event organizer cancels the event, attendees will be offered an alternative date or equivalent credit toward a future event. Only in cases where no alternative is available will a refund be issued at the organizer’s discretion.

4. Third-Party Fees

Transaction or service fees (such as credit card processing fees or platform charges) are not refundable under any circumstances.

5. Policy Acceptance

By completing your purchase or submitting a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Non-Refundable Policy in full.
