Introduction to Craniosacral Balancing

Craniosacral therapy is a profound system of healing which can stand alone or accompany most other hands-on bodywork modalities.

Craniosacral offers a gentle, non-invasive method (for both client and practitioner), to assist the nervous system, immune system, and the entire body/mind complex.

Through gentle touch and deep listening skills, the practitioner is able to assist the client in self regulation and release of blockages and dysfunctions on many levels; physically, emotionally and energetically.
