Back by Popular Demand: Soundbath & Breathwork with Sage:
People have been asking for months, and now he’s back. Sage Bailey, founder of Connecting Through Rhythm, returns to lead a powerful, immersive Soundbath and Breathwork experience. A retired professional musician turned trauma-informed healer, Sage holds certifications in breathwork, sound healing, therapeutic drumming, and meditation. He’s also a drug and alcohol counselor and a fierce believer in the healing power of rhythm.
Expect a journey through vibration and breath that opens your body, calms your mind, and reconnects your spirit.
Opening Lecture & Meditation: Sarah Rena
The evening begins with Sarah Rena, MMT - Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, certified through Sounds True and UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center. Her heartfelt talk,
"From Wounds to Wisdom: Mindfulness, Metta and the Path Within"
invites participants to gently explore how compassion and present-moment awareness can transform pain into purpose. Her guided meditation to follow will prepare you for deep healing.
Finale: Live Music by Planet 9
We close with a live performance by Planet 9, a stunning electro-acoustic duo from OKC blending handpan steel drums with atmospheric electronic textures. Their set flows seamlessly from the final notes of the soundbath, creating a mesmerizing finale you won’t forget.
