Join us at The Ballroom (Swing Dance) Club near NW 50th and Meridian in Oklahoma City every Thursday, for a fabulous cardio workout for Bellydance Beginners. Just walk in! Come a few minutes early to park and choose a shimmy belt. Cost is $10. A super fun class for ladies who are 21 to 80. Tone up with a hip-shaking workout complete with shimmy belts.
Instructor Eileen Hetherington will teach you the Beginner Belly Dance movements like the hip circle, snake arms, figure eight, and shimmy. Dance awesome routines while getting a cardio workout. Wear socks, barefoot, or canvas ballet shoes (Amazon). Yoga pants or leggings and a snug fitting top are recommended.
No prior dance experience needed.
