Join us in the heart of West Texas for a free regional gathering celebrating our shared commitment to supporting local music and creative economies. Whether you're a city representative, venue owner, artist, promoter, or passionate supporter of Texas music, this meet-up is your chance to connect with fellow Music Friendly Communities in West Texas, share ideas, and grow your network.

This full-day event includes panel discussions, strategy sessions, and community conversations designed to help you build stronger, more vibrant music scenes in your region.

9:30 AM - Texas Music Office Chip and Gini share TMO updates. Followed by Texas Music Incubator Rebate Program presented by Jaclyn.

10:30 AM - Activating Local Music Ecosystems Through Events hosted by S. David Ramirez

12 PM - Lunch on your own

1:30 PM - Hometown Hype: Tapping Local Partnerships to Amplify Your Event panel hosted by Ginny of Backstage Event Marketing and Ryan of Armic Systems

2:30 PM - Hat Bar and Happy Hour (additional charge of $30)

3:30 PM - Panel with Evan Romo, creator of MIDNIGHT SESSIONS

6 PM Start of First Friday ODTX

7 PM - Free Jazz concert from West Texas Jazz Society - the longest running Jazz Party in the country
