About the Instructor
Adam Binder has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and teaching for the past decade, blending thoughtful alignment, creative sequencing, and mindful strength in every class. He is the founder of Apeiron Yoga, a brand rooted in the belief that yoga is both a discipline and an art form—a space to explore your edges with curiosity, not judgment. Adam’s teaching emphasizes presence over perfection, helping students build physical strength while cultivating inner awareness.
