Healing Circle

Guided by Sallie

A Healing Circle is a gathering of people who come together with the intention of healing,
support, and mutual understanding. The practices of meditation, sacred ritual, mantra and
mudra will be used to create this experience in a welcoming and nurturing setting. The goal is
to create a safe environment where participants have the opportunity to express themselves
openly and receive emotional and/or spiritual support.
EXPECT:

An experience and connection of community with a focus on healing

An experience of group mantra

Participants are invited to bring along something (eg. Object or Picture) to represent their intention or focus for the Healing Circle
