Clay Book Vase Hand-building Workshop
Join us for a creative and hands-on clay workshop where you'll learn how to sculpt your very own
book vase using hand-building techniques! This unique project combines the charm of vintage books with the earthy beauty of ceramics. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some clay experience, this workshop is designed to guide you step-by-step through the process of shaping, decorating, and personalizing your clay book vase.
All materials are provided, and your finished piece will be kiln-fired and ready for pick-up in a few weeks.
Come with your creativity and leave with a functional ceramic sculpture that’s perfect for holding flowers, pens, or simply decorating your shelf with literary flair!
*This is a two Step process class.*
-Your first step will be joining your class to create this project from scratch.
Once your item is created it will need to dry and go through it's first kiln firing. This takes approximately 2-3 weeks.
-For your second step you will receive a phone call that your item is ready to paint. Painting your item does not require a class or an appointment, walk in any time & paint your project. After being painted it will go through it's Second kiln firing. The last step takes approximately 1-2 weeks, you will get your final phone call that you can take you masterpiece home!
