Yoga with Live Harp

In this class, we'll flow through heart-opening sequences and sacral activations, designed to release tension, encourage emotional balance, and foster a deeper connection to the inner self. The practice culminates in a long form Savasana, where soothing sounds of harp, voice, and chimes will guide you into a deep meditative state. This class is a balanced blend of movement and sound, inviting you to experience the transformative power of sonic alchemy. Led by Nailah Hunter
