An all levels class rooted in a traditional hatha practice that incorporates a blend of breath and flow, this class offers longer holds than a vinyasa class, yet still connects each movement in a fluid flow. This practice will provide a foundation for building strength and flexibility that encourages a path to finding balance and deepen the mind and body connection.
