Junior Angler Program
EVERY TUESDAY THRU FRIDAY IN JUNE & JULY from 10 a.m. to noon. JUNIOR ANGLER PROGRAM - Summer programs are back!
Canaveral National Seashore will again host its amazing, FREE summer Junior Angler program. Youth ages 8 and up will learn the skill of surf or lagoon fishing, including knot tying, bait & tackle information, healthy fish habitats while also gaining hands-on angling experience.
Fishing gear and bait are provided in this program. These single-day fishing clinics are scheduled each Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday throughout June and July.
Reservations are required. Program is free, but park entrance fee applies. Parents/guardians must remain on site for the entire program.
For information or to make reservations, please call the Apollo Beach Visitor Center at 386-428-3384. Meet at the Apollo Visitor Center. (Activity duration: 2 hours)
