Introducing another Scavenger hunt event! This is a very unique event, spanning across all of Hampton Roads! It takes place over a 40-hour time period from Friday night to Sunday afternoon. The objective is to have fun and drive. You will find things you may not have known about right in your own area. And it’s all accomplished at your own pace, when ever you want!
Take LOTS of pictures!
The entry fees: $20 gets you a score sheet, complete with locations, hints, and points values. $30 gets you a VCE shirt as well (while supplies last)
Meet ups: Friday evening at 6 is the pre-meet at Jax Wax. Once everyone is signed up, you are free to start whenever and however you’d prefer.
The ending point is jaxwax also, and you must be there by 1pm on Sunday
Rules: rules are simple. Find the objective, take a picture containing your car. Your car must be in all photos (unless specifically directed), and the photos must be on your phone for the scoring segment. So, if you have someone else shoot roller pics, for example, make sure you have them in your phone library. We would prefer that you create a folder of the scavenger hunt pics to ease the process of scoring the objectives.
Don’t lose your score sheet! And make sure you’re at the ending point meet on time, so that we can score everyone and provide a fair total for each participant.
Just have fun. Get out and drive the 7-cities. You can choose how ever you want to hunt down the locations. Want to drive at night to avoid traffic? Do you have to work one of the days, so you have to drive when you have time? That’s fine. This event is created to accommodate people’s different schedules and strategies.
