We work with Essential Oil of Pink Lotus to take us into a gentle softening of all of our senses & continue with breathwork to take us even deeper into a state of relaxation.
We then continue on our journey into our sacred heart portals using the frequency of 639hz, firstly releasing any old emotions & gently allowing any heart walls to melt away. We then move into the Emerald heart activation, reactivating the heart frequency to its original state. This powerful frequency once reactivated, is now in a state of coherence & reignites self-love, compassion, harmony & inner peace. Just like the pink lotus flower slowly unfurls its petals in full bloom revealing its inner beauty, our sacred heart chakra is gently reopened & its magical inner beauty is revealed. We then amplify this Emerald heart frequency around our energy fields & across Gaia, her lands, her waters, her soils & trees, her people, her animals & insects, touching each & every sentient being upon her with the power of love, compassion & truth. By helping to raise the frequency of Gaia & all sentient beings, we are collectively co-creating a New Earth, a new way of being, a world powered by love & unity consciousness 🌍💚🌿🪷
As we lay down for the Sound Journey of Vibrational healing tones & frequencies using Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Ocean Drum, Rain Stick, Chimes & other magical sound healing instruments we go even further into our personal journey of healing, rejuvenation & visualisation. We continue with self-healing energy work, gratitude, oracle cards & sharing in the circle. Herbal tea & snacks are served at the end of the evening.

*Please bring a refillable water bottle with you to stay hydrated throughout the Ceremony
*You may wish to bring any crystals, crystal jewellery or sacred objects that you wish to work with during the ceremony. You may also bring a journal & pen to write things that may come up for you
