Sound is one of the most ancient and accessible forms of healing. In this 3-hour immersive experience, you’ll be guided through both receiving and creating healing sound. Step into the world of sound healing in this hands-on, heart-centered workshop.

Explore how vibration, resonance, and intention can shift energy and promote deep healing. You’ll receive sound, learn to play bowls and other tools, and practice sharing sound with others. No experience needed—just curiosity and a willingness to listen.
