Meet Your Host:
Delaney Taylor-Romyn is a creative and artistic mental health professional who has been working in the field of community-based mental health for 5+ years. She is passionate about mental health advocacy and incorporating creativity and opportunities for self-expression both in her daily life and in her work with clients. Delaney is currently training as an intern in Clinical Mental Health Counseling where she uses mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, and empowerment-focused approaches to cheer on her clients as they pursue their goals.
