In-Person Postpartum Health & Baby Care: Your Guide to the 4th Trimester

This is the class you didn't know you needed!

The Fourth Trimester, also known as the postpartum period, is a time of intense change in your baby, your body and your lifestyle. Learn more about the adjustments you and your little one will experience in the weeks after delivery.

This in-class, your instructor will share examples of how to care for yourself and your baby, along with reassurance that the changes and ups and downs experienced in the 4th trimester are normal and to be expected.

Registration is required. Please register by visiting riversideonline.com/babyclasses. Be sure to provide all the requested information, including your email address.

A reminder email with Instructions on how to virtually join the class will be sent by the instructor a few days before the scheduled date you selected.

This class is offered on the 1st Friday evening of the month from 6:00-7:30 p.m.
