About the event

Lunch with a Lineman Contest

As part of National Electrical Safety Month, Firelands Electric Cooperative is once again sponsoring its Lunch with a Lineman Contest!

Children in grades K-5 who attend one of the schools in or around the co-op’s service territory are eligible to enter. (They are not required to be co-op members!)

Students simply need to complete the safety activity at the link below by 4 p.m. on Friday, June 6. Three students will be selected to attend a special lunch with some of Firelands Electric’s linemen and join us for a behind-the-scenes look at the co-op’s equipment later this summer!
