Reduced Rate Lab Screening

An upcoming reduced-rate lab screening is scheduled for Tuesday, June 17 from 7am-10am at Fisher-Titus Family Medicine - New London.

Lab screenings are inexpensive health evaluations that can show both the presence or the risk of a medical condition.
Appointments are required. To schedule your screening, call 419-660-2646.

Cash, credit cards and checks are accepted.

Available Services Include:
• $45 – Blood analysis includes complete blood
count (with differential), basic metabolic panel,
lipid panel and hepatic profile. You must fast
for 12 hours prior to your appointment. You
may drink water and take regular medications.
• $30 – Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) test
• $20 – Hemoglobin A1c
• $25 – Thyroid test (TSH)
• $35 – Vitamin D
