Outdoor Yoga Along the Farmington

This practice takes place alongside the beautiful Farmington River, on the property of the Hurley Business Park. It will combine movement with breath to create a meditation in motion.

Suggestion to place your yoga mat down on a large beach towel or blanket.

Park in the lower parking lot, and walk toward the open field. Look for the picnic area to the right, alongside the river. In the event of inclement weather, this practice will be moved in studio.
