All-level Yoga Practice Along the River

River Rocks is a day of music, and connection on the banks of the Farmington River!

Events will go on all day 𝗔𝗡𝗗
𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗔𝗠 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗮 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹-𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝟭:𝟯𝟬𝗽𝗺.

This practice celebrates the river as an integral part of our community.

We can’t wait to see you for your yoga practice — and if you don’t have a yoga mat, it’s okay, you can practice on the grass or a beach towel works great. This will be a sweet, gentle 30 minute practice and kids are welcome to join!
