Summer Solstice Charcuterie Class with Mimosa Bar

Join guest instructors Aubrey and Hannah of Brown Sugar and Brie Saturday, June 21st at 11:00am for this special charcuterie board making class! We’re kicking off the first day of summer in the courtyard with a morning full of laid-back vibes, fresh ingredients, and DIY boards that taste as good as they look ☀️

We’ll sip mimosas, build beautiful boards, and welcome the sun with something creative, refreshing, and a little bit magical! ✨ The perfect way to start your summer with something creative, hands-on, and delicious ☀️

In this 2 hour class you will:

☀️learn about a variety of cheeses
☀️how to cut cheeses
☀️how to select chesses based on their flavor profiles
☀️best practices for designing an aesthetically pleasing board
