RUNHealthy: Post-Race Yoga presented by BEDGEAR
Join us at the NYRR RUNCENTER for a post-race yoga session with BEDGEAR. BEDGEAR hopes to inspire runners to emphasize rest and recovery as part of their training with their new products and an understanding that being fitted for the correct pillow and mattress can help to build sleep reserves for the big race or to maximize all of one's daily activities. The one-hour class from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM is open to all levels and the practice will enhance the mind-body connection and highlight key poses for runners. Whether you’re training for a race, wanting to improve your flexibility, stretching tight muscles, or rehabbing an injury, this class is a great complement to your training program. Runners will learn some key stretches and poses to help them with their recovery before and after a race. BEDGEAR’S expert team will be on-site to offer custom pillow fittings for a personalized fit that will ensure optimal sleep.
